What Does this scan Result Mean?

Do you think physical therapy will help or should I see a surgeon? IMPRESSION: 1. Degenerative retrolisthesis at C5-C6 with broad-based posterior disc osteophyte and bilateral uncovertebral arthropathy results in moderate bilateral foraminal stenosis. 2. Mild spondylosis at C4-C5 more prominent on the left than right.

There are slight changes in your cervical spine, probably an age-related problem.

As of now, only conservative management is required and surgery is not needed.
